Our next step is to visually bring your project to life. To help you understand the proposed changes, our team will provide you with series of 3d rendering, schematics drawings, and site plans. If necessary, we can make modifications to the plans with your input.

Scope of Work and Cost Estimate

An estimate of cost of the project will be provided by NRG along with a comprehensive scope of work. Our ability to estimate and plan your project effectively will be enhanced with plans provided by an architect or designer.

Presentation of Design & Budget

We will arrange a formal meeting to discuss the plans and budget for your project. In this meeting, you will have the opportunity to discuss your projects budget and plans.

Decision

Once you have reviewed the estimated budge and plans for your project, you may accept or decline our proposal. For the finalization of your dream home, we would like to hear back from where we have started with your home renovation estimate.

Sign Contract and Provide deposit

Congratulation if you have accepted our proposal! We look forward to working with you on the next phase. As a formal part of our agreement, we require scheduling a deposit in order to secure your construction.

Permits

Every detail is important to NRG, especially when it comes to your project. Upon your request, we will initiate the permit application process on your behalf with the help of your designer or architect.

Introductory

Before the work begins, your project manager will schedule a pre-construction meeting with you. As part of our meeting, our team will take a closer look at the scope of work in your home and answer any remaining questions regarding renovations.

Construction Plan

As soon as the planning process is complete, work can begin on your home renovation project. Throughout the construction process, our project manager will keep you informed and involved.

Post Construction Walkthrough

Once the construction is completed, our team will schedule a final walkthrough with you at your home. The management team will be able to review the results and discuss any final detail with you at this time.
